Over the years, John Rzeznik has given so much of his time and energy to raise awareness and funds for VH1 Save The Music Foundation.

The award-winning singer-songwriter has not only attended and performed in multiple Songwriters events to benefit The Foundation, he has donated exclusive auction items and regularly promotes the cause on his website.  He has even personally collected instruments on the Today Show during VH1 Save The Music week.

Most recently, John headlined the Encore For Education concert to raise funds for The Foundation and also filmed online and on-air public service announcements to kick off the First Make Music, Then Make History campaign.

John demonstrates that for someone who believes in arts education, it’s not just about talking the talk – it’s about taking action.
