Nick Jonas Wants Teens to Save The Music
Thu, 02/04/2010New York, NY (January 29, 2010) –DoSomething.org and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation have teamed up to mobilize teens in the fight for keeping music education in schools. With school budgets being cut nationwide, music and arts programs are often the first to go and teens won’t stand for it any longer.
The “Battle of the Bands” campaign encourages teens nationwide to submit videos to dosomething.org featuring their own musical performances and a testimonial about why music education matters to them.

NEW YORK, NY, December 1, 2009 – VH1, a unit of Viacom's MTV Networks (NYSE: VIA, VIA.B), its “VH1 Save the Music Foundation” and Twentieth Century Fox are making music together on the studio’s family comedy event Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, which opens in theaters everywhere Wednesday, December 23.
