Yearly Progress Report

In February of each year, the VH1 Save The Music Foundation sends an email to the principal and music teacher of every grantee school with a link to the online Progress Report.

The Progress Report must be completed by every grant recipient school as part of the Grant Requirements. This report asks for information on school status, school contacts, and music program participation.

The Progress Report also provides the opportunity for each school to inform the Foundation on the successes of the music program, such as community performances, outstanding feedback from a state festival performance, or improvements in participating students academic achievement. When facing challenges such as scheduling or budget cuts, this report offers a school the ability to ask for advice. VH1 Save the Music Foundation works diligently to provide schools with the tools to solve challenges that arise.

The online Progress Report plays an integral part in our grant process and allows us to better serve schools while continuing our efforts to improve music programs for students.

VH1 Save the Music Foundation Representatives visit a portion of our grant recipient schools each year.

If your grantee school has a special performance or music event coming up, please invite us… We would love to be there!
