“Music is one of the most important things in my life and I am honored to be a part of the ‘Battle for the Bands’ campaign,” said Amber Riley. “I’m looking forward to seeing all of the submissions and helping these two incredible organizations keep music in our schools!”

Early in 2011, VH1 Save The Music Ambassador Amber Riley invited people to join her and DoSomething to Save The Music. The Grand Prize video received $5000 for their school music program and a trip for 5 to New York City to perform at the Do Something Awards kickoff event.
